Seeking a new means of representation Amsterdam and it’s architect takes the form of a short story a simple adapted ‘single-move tale’ told in the style of magical realism utilizing the literary devices Vladmir Propp proposes where the narrative and sub frame questions of social unrest and its pertinent role in shaping the role of the architect is placed through the lens of yesterday, today and tomorrow or the lack thereof. The breakdown of this tale will form the key points justifying the building cause.
