Issue-Potential

There is too much noise produced by the trams, cars and buses. Therefore, the use of sound proofing materials and thick walls is a possible solution.

There is little lighting around residents paths. It is

possible for the building to act as a luminous bulb

to tackle these issues.

There needs to be clear community spaces. Rather than forming enclosed 'community' spaces. An extension to the pedestrian path can be an answer.

There is a separation between youth and council leaders. There is an opportunity for there to be a structural conversation.
