It makes me wonder sometimes if roofs are so necessary I mean couldn't we just sleep under the stars and watch the sun rise...? This was great until I began to remember Manchester's monsoon like weather traits and I thought OK it definitely needs a roof but, it can just be flat no need to spend extra time and money on a 'zaha' roof. I guess my stance on this had ignorance wrapped up with it because I began to learn of how collective experiences can adapt and change not just by the shape of the roof but materially, by the number of apertures and by the thickness. It Brought me to think if a collective experience can be found under a roof then every room must have its own experiences therefore what would unite each and every occupant once they left a unit....MY EXTERIOR ROOF!!
